Mastering The Deal 2010 Intensive Workshop - Atlanta, August 27-29, 2010 - Terms & Conditions and Satisfaction Guarantee

Terms & Conditions:

I understand that by completing the information on this order form I am accepting these Terms and Conditions and am committing to purchase a ticket to Mastering The Deal 2010 Intensive Workshop today using the payment method specified. I am entitled to bring 1 (one) guest to the Workshop. My workshop tickets include 1 (one) room for 2 (two) people for the nights of August 26, 27, and 28, 2010 at the Workshop hotel. I understand that I am responsible for all applicable hotel taxes, parking fees, and incidental hotel charges. I understand that I will be required to submit a credit card to the Workshop hotel at check-in to cover any incidental charges I may have on my room (room service, movies, etc.). I understand that Workshop details, information, tickets, and hotel logistics will be emailed to me at the email address provided during registration. 


Return Policy:

If I find that I cannot attend Mastering The Deal 2010 Intensive Workshop, I may cancel my Workshop registration by calling Foundation Publishing, LLC at (706) 485-0162 and requesting a refund for my full tuition BEFORE 5pm Eastern on Friday, August 6, 2010, the "Refund Period" (regardless of when Workshop tickets are purchased). I understand that requests for a refund after Friday, August 6, 2010 at 5pm Eastern will not be granted under any circumstances. (Your Mastering The Deal 2010 Intensive Workshop registration includes a 3 night stay at the Workshop hotel and Foundation Publishing, LLC must abide by the the hotel's cancellation policy.) I understand that not attending the Workshop does not constitute grounds for a refund and none will be issued after Friday, August 6, 2010 at 5pm Eastern. I also understand event dates, times and locations are subject to change and every effort will be made to notify me in the event of such a change.


Satisfaction Guarantee:

Attend the first day of Mastering The Deal 2010 Intensive Workshop (August 26, 2010), and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, let me know, personally, by the end of that day and I will refund your total investment. Please note you will have to check out of the hotel that night.


Short Sale Engine Bonus:

As a bonus for attending Mastering The Deal 2010, we are covering the $997 purchase price for The Short Sale Engine for you.  You pay the $97/month support charge and it's cancelable at any time.  In order to activate your Short Sale Engine bonus, you will be required to make a $1.00 payment which will be returned to you at the Mastering The Deal Workshop.  The Short Sale Engine Bonus is only valid if you attend Mastering The Deal 2010.  Your Short Sale Engine Bonus will be forefeited if you do not attend the Workshop.


Additional Terms And Conditions:

I understand that the event will be recorded (audio and video) and authorize Foundation Publishing, LLC to use my likeness in future publications without compensation (monetary or otherwise). I acknowledge that Foundation Publishing, LLC does not function as my real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney or financial advisor. If I have a tax or legal question, I will seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor or real estate broker. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release Foundation Publishing, LLC and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received. From this day forward, I assume full responsibility of my personal, physical, emotional and financial well-being. I understand providing the information on the form on the following page gives Foundation Publishing, LLC permission to communicate with me by fax, email, mail, or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable in my business. I understand I will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside my family or partnership. I will not reproduce copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws. I agree that all sales are final after the refund period has expired.


Duty to Read:

I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this duty and sign on the order form to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am estopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein. **Please note your Credit Card Statement should reflect a purchase from Foundation Publishing, LLC.
